Whitehead Foundation and Lettie Pate Evans Foundation, I have responsibility for grantmaking and philanthropic efforts across multiple program areas, advancing projects that support under-resourced communities through collaboration and strategic funding. This includes lead responsibility for the Joseph B. Whitehead Foundation\'s Child Well-Being Initiative which I launched in 2022 and to date has granted over $11 million in funding to over 20 organizations working to improve child and family well-being across four priority areas - prevention, the continuum of care, transition-age foster youth, and systems improvement. I also share responsibility for the Foundations\' grantmaking in health and human services.

Throughout my career, I have been driven by a commitment to foster sustainable, community-centered change. My experience spans high-impact leadership roles, where I have been entrusted with leading strategic initiatives, nurturing partnerships, and implementing innovative programs that serve and empower marginalized communities.Currently, as a Program Officer with the Robert W. Woodruff Foundation, Joseph B. Whitehead Foundation and Lettie Pate Evans Foundation, I have responsibility for grantmaking and philanthropic efforts across multiple program areas, advancing projects that support under-resourced communities through collaboration and strategic funding. Whitehead Foundation\'s Child Well-Being Initiative which I launched and now lead.Previously, as Deputy Division Director of Strategy, Innovation, and Engagement with the Georgia Division of Family & Children Services, I shaped and supervised initiatives aimed at building collaborative partnerships with philanthropic, nonprofit and faith-based groups. I created and led the State of Hope initiative - a statewide, multi-disciplinary collective impact effort that harnessed the strengths of local communities to foster well-being for children and families.From pioneering the Division’s first Office of Innovation as Chief Innovation Officer to spearheading the development of quality management frameworks and funding programs that support families in crisis, my experience reflects my dedication to impactful change. I thrive in environments that prioritize collaboration and equity, authentic community engagement, and innovative problem-solving.As I look forward, I seek senior leadership opportunities where I can continue driving inclusive and strategic solutions that improve lives and strengthen communities.
