As an accomplished Legal Recruiter with a successful background in sales, I focus on career counselling for lawyers and managing corporate relocations. My career began in sales, where I developed essential skills in relationship-building and client needs analysis—these experiences have proven to be invaluable in the legal recruiting field. I am passionate about connecting talented attorneys with opportunities that perfectly align with their skills and career aspirations. My approach combines market insights with personalised strategies, ensuring that both companies and candidates find the ideal fit.In addition to my work in recruiting, I am building my podcast,\"Beyond the Bar,\" where I delve into various topics pertinent to legal professionals. With an extensive local and international network, along with a deep understanding of the legal and real estate landscapes, I am dedicated to helping professionals and organisations make informed decisions.I\'m passionate about art collecting, promoting my family\'s artwork, and I\'m proud to be the first Black female gold medalist for the Boston University Equestrian Dressage Team.
