I\'m Dahlia Abdelrahman, a senior Business Management student at the University of Texas San Antonio. I\'m driven by a passion for fostering growth and achieving excellence, as demonstrated by my diverse experiences: As a Management Trainee Intern with Enterprise in the summer of 2023, I spearheaded top revenue generation across San Antonio, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, the Valley, and Corpus Christi. Managing a daily fleet of 350 cars, I thrived on solving challenges, ensuring optimal vehicle conditions, and building lasting customer relationships. During my time as a Student Life Ambassador at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, I operated the front desk and collaborated on campus-wide events, engaging with thousands of students and faculty. My role included overseeing event operations and strategically marketing them through mixed media communications. As a Resident Assistant, I played a vital role in supporting the growth of 40 first-year college students, facilitating their transition to campus life, and offering academic and personal guidance. I honed my leadership skills by collaborating with fellow RAs and continuously developing my professional skills.
