Construction project planner at 30GS 30 Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, London, UK The Chancery Rosewood Hotel & Spa £507m Housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, the Grade II listed building is currently being reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield of David Chipperfield Architects as a new retail destination and hotel. It will include 139 guest rooms and suites designed by Joseph Dirand, publicly accessible spaces including a variety of formal and casual dining and entertainment spaces, and a Yabu Pushelberg designed Asaya wellbeing facility. Five flagship retail spaces and a grand ballroom.
