About Priyanka Dahiya
Enthusiasm and live life fully are mantras of my life. I like taking risks and challenges. If I talk about my professional experience: I started with Amazon as a part of pilot batch for Retail Business Services where I was providing tier 2 support for all inventory related issues. During my 2 years of tenure, I took on different roles from being process SME, managing the catalog on website, escalating issues to higher management, and mentoring new-joiners. After that, I moved to a US based startup \'LinksAlpha\' as their digital marketing lead. As an individual contributor, I was responsible for overall implementation of company’s digital marketing efforts which include creating email content, blogging, and managing communities on different social networking sites and organizing meet-ups with word press plugin developers. Soon after that, I joined Global Logic Pvt. Ltd. as a part of pilot batch for LinkedIn Customer Advocacy and got converted into full time LinkedIn employee. Here, I really enjoy gaining knowledge on different features of the website i.e. Company pages, Groups, Premium Subscriptions or any other account features; and then educating and engaging members on same… Throughout my professional journey, I have received lots of appreciation and recognition for my professionalism, topping the productivity chart and for having keen attention to details.
