This involved managing more than 10 workstream leads operating globally across North America, Europe and Asia to meet the regulatory schedule and IT compliance, ensure data security and align the portfolio company with Shell. Ensured BCR compliance of the IT organization of the acquired company covering areas such as end user computing, networking, unstructured data, collaboration tools, SAAS tools, software development, legal service agreements with vendors, and organizational structure. Product information management ( PIM solution) project ( North America Lubricants division) Led vendor selection and implemented a PIM system and syndication tool for North American online retail sales of motor oil, with plans for global expansion in phases. The project entail Ensuring up-to-date information for sales and marketing teams with a central source of truth, allowing for quick access to content needed by retailers and syndication of content to retailers\' sites. Successfully delivered the project, resulting in time and resource savings, avoidance of fines, and increased sales. Managed the end-to-end software integration life cycle of a 3rd party SaaS solution for Shell and a selected vendor.
