I launched a brand-new vehicle protection division, introducing GAP insurance and maintenance packages—turning a blank slate into a key revenue stream.In 2024, I became Renewals Manager, leading a team and achieving record-breaking results through strategic thinking, strong leadership, and customer-focused processes. I\'m also a proud family man—my family motivates everything I do, both in and out of work.Most recently, I’ve moved into the AI communications space, helping businesses revolutionise the way they engage with customers—saving time, reducing costs, and driving measurable results.
