As Director of Sheng Tai International UK Ltd, I spearhead the company’s expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), introducing global investors to some of Malaysia’s most ambitious real estate developments.Sheng Tai International is an award-winning and diversified property developer, established in 2012 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Over the past decade, we have successfully delivered more than 12 landmark projects across Malaysia, consistently setting new standards in the luxury and upscale property market. Our portfolio spans five-star hotels, branded residences, serviced apartments, and commercial estates, reflecting our commitment to quality and innovation.In December 2023, we launched our first European branch in Manchester, United Kingdom, to bridge investment opportunities between Malaysia and the global market. This milestone reinforces our vision of positioning Malaysia as a prime destination for international real estate investment.Our flagship project, The Sail Melaka, located in the heart of Melaka’s central business district, is set to become a future global landmark.
