With ten years of experience in talent development, I am a Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co, where I support the Advancing Black Pathways DEI organization and execute engagement and development strategies for employees internally and college students externally. At JPMC, I have managed the Advancing Black Pathways Fellowship Program, which aims to attract underrepresented talent into careers in financial services, and supported the expansion of our HBCU commitments by building an engagement strategy for new partner schools. I am also trained in business coaching with expertise in emotional intelligence and coalition building.I leverage my coaching skills to partner with young professionals and help them realize their full potential through goal setting, action planning, and feedback. As a first-generation college graduate and corporate professional, I am driven to demystify pathways for advancement to widen access to opportunities for all.
