I am a seasoned Software Product Designer (UX/UI) with expertise in human-centered design, service design, and design thinking. I have extensive experience in designing websites, apps, and online optimization strategies for high-end IT firms. My skills include conducting user research, usability studies, and tests, creating user interface designs, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and more to effectively communicate design ideas.
