ABOUT DAVID DELONG

I am an innovative and effective sales and business development executive with deep commercial experience building and leading emerging life science, healthcare and B-to-B product and service companies. I\'m pursuing challenging opportunities and partnerships with life science/ healthcare, insurance adjusting or other entities that desire expertise in the areas of sales and marketing leadership, business development, licensing and partnering. My mix of executive corporate and consulting leadership provides me a unique perspective and has honed a consultative, customer-focused leadership style. Highlights and Capabilities:* Sales Management: Successfully recruited, trained, managed and mentored high-performing national/international sales/business development teams of up to 40 FTE’s * National/Key Account Management: Successful sales responsibility for academic COE\'s, healthcare IDN\'s, healthcare provider KOL\'s, public/private payers and strategic partnerships * New Business Development and Licensing: Negotiated academic technology in-licensing and international manufacturing and distribution agreements;$millions in B-to-B sales into the C-suite * Marketing Leadership: Planned and successfully launched three, new technology therapeutics into domestic and ex-U.S. markets with annual M&S budgets of up to $25M * Digital Flood Adjusting and Adjuster Training: Developed a Digital Flood Adjuster Training program for The New Era that teaches adjusters how to digitally scope damage and instantaneously share their work with employers and partners via cloud-based technologies
