Engineering Manager - Apple Media Products @Apple

I manage the Customer Engagement System Integrity team for the Apple Media Products Customer Engagement team. My team develops tools and infrastructure using Python, Swift, Javascript, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka to monitor and evaluate the behavior of dynamic marketing content programming in production and QA environments. This work includes integrating with other Apple services in the data center, managing device automation frameworks in Swift, Python, and Javascript that use XCUITest as well as maintaining scheduling and results analysis infrastructure and REST APIs deployed with Helm/Kubernetes. Our platform is used for previewing of market content as part of the authoring experience, automated testing by QA teams, and ad-hoc investigations and synthetic traffic generation by data science and software engineering teams.
