Dunnhumby is a tech company, part of Tesco Group, and a global leader in customer data science, empowering businesses to compete and thrive in the modern data driven economy.I head the global L&D Tech & Programmes team, leading a small team of L&D advisors, and shaping the strategy for technology, partnerships, and the optimization of internal processes and frameworks that enable the successful delivery of our L&D mission. This includes leading skills needs analysis, overseeing our LXP, designing L&D Programmes, continuous improvement, and measuring effectiveness through data-driven insights, with a focus on reporting and L&D dashboards. Additionally, I facilitate learning sessions and programmes, especially on management skills, and deliver coaching sessions supporting colleagues in their professional and personal development. I’m a certified Mental Health First Aider, internally known as Wellbeing Ally, promoting wellbeing support and education across dunnhumby, fostering a positive and resilient work environment. I deliver wellbeing learning sessions and provide 121 first line support to colleagues with poor mental health.
