Responsibilities- Create and lead the implementation of the new Target Architecture for CESAR X which is a project to refurbish (refactor) the legacy CESAR 1.0 application to make it ready for the next 15 years- Application Management for CasingDB suite of applications. The CasingDB suite interacts with CESAR to complete the Conti 360 LifeCycle- Service Management (ITSM) for CESAR and CasingDB suite- Release Management for CESAR and CasingDB suite. Enable the applications to be deployed at least every 2 weeks into production. CESAR X has been refactored under-the-hood to support both the server-side-rendering-based legacy UI and the modern Angular-based UI and third-party vendors via APIs- Liaise with the Business colleagues to ensure the requirements are properly documented. Ensure the most valuable features are implemented first- Lead by actions: Implement the first refactoring stories to provide an example of how similar refactoring stories need to be implemented- Ensure the API specifications meet the needs of the new, modern Angular-based frontend application- Through documentation, pair programming, and code reviews ensure that all members in the team can complete refactoring and API stories without the aid from other team members.

I am working as an Architect and Application Manager at Continental. I developed and lead the technical implementation of the architecture for CESAR X to modernize (refactor) the legacy CESAR 1.0 application to make it ready for the next 15 years. Furthermore, I am also responsible for CasingDB application management, which includes product management and service management.At Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), I managed a team of up to 15 engineers to build various products and solutions. I was also the architect of the Compliance Platform and provided technical leadership on the products in my portfolio.At Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (Government of Abu Dhabi), I helped build Tamm – the single customer-facing interface of all Abu Dhabi Government Services. I managed the digital transformation of the Abu Dhabi Government Entities (ADGEs) to digitize their services and migrate them to Tamm.At Sophos, I worked as a Program Manager responsible for managing the planning and delivery of 6+ product release trains.At GE, I was in a lead role as a Scrum Master / Technical Lead / Product Manager. I was responsible for System 1® Classic suite of products from Phase Gate 2 through Phase Gate 7 of the seven-phase New Product Introduction (NPI) life cycle.I have been an Agile practitioner since 2009. Not only that, but I was the organizer of the Abu Dhabi chapter of Agile Middle East. I have practised and mastered Agile best practices such as CI, TDD, refactoring, small release cycles, active stakeholders, etc. in geographically distributed teams in the USA, UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East, China, South East Asia, Japan, South America, Central Asia, and the Indian Subcontinent.I possess a Masters in Computer Science from University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelors of Engineering (IT) from Mumbai University. Furthermore, I am also an alumnus and lecturer of GE’s prestigious Edison Engineer Development Program (EEDP).
