ABOUT DAANIAL AHMAD

I am a Quantitative Researcher and Data Scientist with a Master’s in Statistics from Baruch College and a Master of Engineering in Financial Engineering from Cornell University.My work focuses on machine learning, time-series modeling, and systematic trading research. I have built scalable ML pipelines for large-scale equity data, modeled crypto market microstructure using order book dynamics, and conducted research in quantitative risk and volatility modeling. My publication in the Journal of Financial Data Science explores structural patterns in crypto mining data.I have completed extensive applied training in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and distributed systems, with hands-on experience using PyTorch, PySpark, Kafka, Docker, and cloud environments. I am particularly interested in systematic strategies, quantitative research, and applied AI systems in financial markets.Outside of research, I am involved in fundraising initiatives supporting global healthcare causes and remain deeply interested in algorithmic trading and financial innovation.
