I\'m a People Ops and Talent leader with a deep heart for building organizations that scale with intention. I build People and Talent functions for healthcare startups when the stakes are high: rapid growth, multi-state compliance, and clinical hiring that directly impacts patient access and revenue.Across Series A–C companies, I’ve led People Ops and Talent end-to-end, from building the foundation (policies, HRIS/ATS, onboarding, manager enablement) to running the day-to-day (employee relations, performance cycles, investigations, LOAs, comp and leveling, and executive hiring). I’m hands-on enough to fix what’s broken quickly, and strategic enough to help founders and exec teams scale without losing clarity, fairness, or speed.In my last full-time role, I partnered closely with the CEO/CFO/CMO as a senior HRBP for a national workforce of employees and providers, managed a ~$1M People budget, and built the operating cadence for performance, goals, and manager accountability. On the talent side, I’ve led full-funnel recruiting across clinical, ops, and leadership roles and built reporting that leaders can actually use.I’m currently doing fractional and contract work across Series A–C startups, including high-volume clinical recruiting nationwide, and I’m open to Director/Head of People or TA leadership roles where the business needs a builder-operator.
