I am a partner in the corporate practice group at Goyel & Goyal, and also head the firm\'s knowledge management initiative, and fin-tech practice. I have extensive experience in transactions, corporate and regulatory advisory spanning venture debt and capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory and fin-tech advisory.I have been involved in structuring and initial advisory for technology startups, advising them on various regulatory requirements and providing clarity on the evolving legal framework for AI, data protection, fintech, carbon credits, and everything tech.
