Part of Corporate EHS management to enable more simplified and practicable procedures,manuals, Specifications and guides for Mylan manufacturing facilities and Mylan business partners to sustain the \'Mission Zero\'.Feb 2012 to Jan 2015: Worked as Head of EHS for Hyderabad location and responsible for four major API units and one OSD units.Feb 2015 onwards : Responsible for external manufacturing also.Set the standards for Third Party Manufacturing sites and brought the EHS legal compliance under control. Designed long term HSE strategies and supported for implementation. Supported EHS compliance and introduced new sites to business. Established the credibility and brand of the Mylan across all sites by enhancing EHS systems. Initiated and implemented PSM 14 elements. Supported business growth by providing on time delivery of products to Mylan units. Achieved Zero fires and Zero reportable incidents across all 38 sites.
