Breakfix and preventative administration, workflow efficiency, and \"care and feeding\" of the fastest and most powerful AI supercluster on the planet. Work with cross functional teams to insure incoming cluster nodes are correct and prepare them for customer usage. Interfaces with tooling and automation teams to insure all racks are provisioned and configured for team customer use inside of the SLA periods. Identifying any gaps, risks, or blockers in process and procedures and working with the appropriate teams to get those mitigated and eliminated. Working with cross functional teams to Identify what is required for new datahall turnup and set touchpoint cadence to get requirements met by provision ready date. POC and main support person for AI GPU based systems for data modelling and trend analysis. Deep diving in to metrics, setting up new workflows and process improvements, identifying new efficiencies. Training new onboarding Capacity Engineers and Prod Ops engineers. Leaning in to other datacenters, both remotely and by travelling, that are currently struggling with Capacity and ProdOps tasks to alleviate load and help them with their end goals. Meets with fleet wide enterprise teams to inform and stay abreast of developing issues and upcoming changes. Worked with Web developer to design, create, and implement Genrico Capacity Wiki pages and associated viable links and data. Monthly and quarterly presentations to upper management and circle of leadership for past performance and looking forward to upcoming projects.
