   Serving as the second level review for highly complex claims completed by Mortgage Claims Analysts and sent to HUD. Ensuring claims conform to FHA guidelines and are filed in a timely manner. In order to follow investor standards this environment is subject to periodic changes which demands adaptability. A strong working knowledge of broad based real estate and mortgage industry practices is necessary in order to comprehend complex procedures and to instruct working partners with any needed corrective measures during the claims process. QAA3 serves as a resource for sound judgment and decision making on these challenging files. This position includes, but is not limited to the below functions: • Responsible for examining and analyzing programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files of unusual, complex and/or higher risk transactions to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations. • Clearly communicates overall process or transaction quality and provides feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues including identification of inconsistencies. • Analyze risks and offsets and develops solutions for problems identified. • Acts as mentor to lower level team members and assists with their development- Provides support for exam management activities and any other initiatives as needed.
