I\'m a digital storyteller, communications strategist, and policy analyst with nearly a decade of experience working at the nexus of international development, public policy, and data journalism. My career thus far has traversed research institutes, global nonprofits, consultancies, and online publications. I recently graduated from U.C. Berkeley\'s Goldman School of Public Policy with a Master of Development Practice (MDP) and am currently working as a Communications Manager with the Global Clean Air team at the Environmental Defense Fund.I love finding new ways to distill complex but important ideas and make them easier for people to understand, care about, and act on. My favorite tools for doing this include writing, data analysis and visualization, web development, visual design, multimedia, and social media.
