Posting resumes in various job portals and tracking their area of interest to place them with right customer at right rate. Coordinating with the consultant in order to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the vendor. Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups. Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules and prepare the consultants for the end client interviews. Expertise in negotiating the rates with the vendors. Maintaining a good interpersonal relation with the vendors and the consultants as well. Identifying potential Vendors and maintaining a healthy relation with them. Beside working on Bench guys, having strong experience in working with the Tier1 vendors.
