ABOUT DOUGLAS MOTHERSOLE

I have 7+ years worth of experience in the industry and of that 4.5+ years worth of experience working for one of the leading architectural & interior design practices in the country, Perkins + Will. During this time I have been working in the corporate interiors sector on multiple projects with a collective budget of over £300-350 million and a floor coverage of 1.3 million ft². I\'ve worked with clients such as ARUP, Goldman Sachs, EY, Experian, Microsoft, FCA, Beazely, Unilever, Cognizant and many more. For most of these projects I have been greatly involved in the technical stages of 3 & 4 producing for instance 1:100 plan sets, technical details and schedules and now have invaluable experience working on multiple projects all the way through to stage 5 and 6 for client handover.Before Perkins & Will, I previously worked for Plowman Craven as a Junior Revit Technician heavily involved in the modelling delivery of the Houses of Parliament and the Parliamentary Estates. I am enthusiastic about the quality of work and always striving for excellence on every project. Focused on delivering accurate details and construction packages to reach best outcome for client and designer. I graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2017 with a 2:1, Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Architectural Technology.
