SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS • Successfully transferred 41 Work Centers, knowledge covering over sku’s across 2 different medical applications in 15 months from the USA to the Dominican Republic • Scheduled and executed the required Process Validation activities to ensure the ConvaTec Quality Organization obtained for receiving site, the required BSI and ISO 13485 certifications to manufacture Sterile Wound Care and Ostomy devices within the required transition timeline • Collaborated very closely with Regulatory Teams during Plant transfer, to ensure that compliance was maintained – this has been demonstrated through a complete lack of non-conformances and FDA 483’s • Assigned as PM to manage the Information Technology transfer phase for the ConvaTec and Bristol-Myers Squibb divestiture project. Coordinated the identification and transition of all applications, databases, computing infrastructure that supported ConvaTec business units for “lift and shift” to the new ConvaTec-HP supported computing environment in less than 18 months and on budget
