ABOUT JAMES LAUBER B.

As creator and lead facilitator of the HotButton Solution programs, James has unpacked and organized the complexities of human behavior into an easily understood, and interactive, experiential format. This program is unique in its ability to develop and strengthen corporate culture by creating effective communication cultures. As a Director at GraftOn-SST James is responsible for building and managing the corporate brand as well as developing its core training offerings and maintaining strategic partnerships. As a Director and board member for Destiny\'s Way Foundation James gives back to the Ottawa community by helping the Foundation in its mission to support local charities by organizing and hosting the Ottawa New Year\'s Eve Charity Ball and fundraising events throughout the year. Career Summary: Having organized and maintained GraftOn\'s success in the information technology sector and continuing to leverage his organization skills to support local charity initiatives James was eager for an additional challenge. This led to the development of the HotButton Solution programs. This is a passionate pursuit to leverage years of experience and a deep understanding of the critical impact that effective communication cultures have on corporate culture, team engagement, and results. James\' career has been built on project management, implementing and customizing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and other information management systems that align software tools and business procedures with corporate goals. Key areas of expertise are analysis, project documentation, and communication skills, along with proven technical and problem-solving abilities. James has always demonstrated a strong adherence to the principle of leadership by example.
