   CO-CURRICULAR PROGRAMMING •Created, launched, and manage the award-winning Panther Pursuits students engagement program on the Suitable platform.•Develop an outdoor adventure/recreation program after writing a proposal to secure in donor funds to create adventure wilderness trips, gear rentals for students, and the construction of a campus ropes course. •Facilitate large scale campus programs including the Activities and Service Fair, Homecoming Pep-Rally, Student Leadership Soiree, Unity Fest, and the Student Organization & Greek Awards.STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS • Provide training and skill development workshops for up to 67 registered student organizations and their advisors. •Advise the Student Activities Budget Committee and the Student Organization Budgeting Process to oversee a student committee’s allocation of more than to student organizations each academic year. •Manage the student organization formation, registration, and recognition processes. •Coordinate all student-initiated scheduling for 257 reservable campus spaces for campus events and programs. HOUSING •Supervise two Hall Directors, two Senior Resident Assistants, and the ACUHO-I Summer Internship Program intern. •Recruit, train, develop, and indirectly supervise 33 Resident Assistants.•Serve as crisis response member in the administrator on call rotation.•Promote and develop campus-wide student programming focused within the residential campus.
