ABOUT DAN HUGHES
I\'m an experienced learning and development trainer and qualified coach with experience of leading and managing teams in the Secondary and Higher Education sectors and developing others to do the same.I currently lead Jisc\'s Digital Leadership and Culture programme delivering advice, guidance, and training to develop digital leaders and nurture digital cultures in further education colleges, universities, and higher education institutions.I have previously lead programmes for leadership and management training and development for first line-managers as well as providing training on inclusive team culture, coaching skills for managers, managing hybrid teams, interview skills, project management and presentation skills.I am particularly interested in digital leadership, culture, and transformation and developing leaders and managers for this task.
