I operate at the intersection of crisis response and communication - from leading enterprise-wide incident management during hurricanes, life-safety, and cyber events… to crafting calm, clear internal messaging that keeps thousands of employees safe and informed.I’m a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) graduate, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and a Public Affairs Photojournalist in the Texas Air National Guard. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across the Department of Defense, higher education, and the private sector; always focused on one mission: protecting people, maintaining readiness, and communicating under pressure.My professional world spans everything from mass emergency notifications to strategic storytelling. Whether I’m writing a hurricane update for employees or crafting a product to showcase the world’s finest F-16 Training Wing, I bring focus, empathy, and an operational mindset to every mission.I also believe in showing up; for my team, my community, and my kids. I’ve been called a relationship-builder, a team player, and yes… the Best Dad Ever (self-awarded). I believe leadership isn’t just about checklists - it’s about connection, trust, and making work feel human again.Outside of work, you’ll find me reading, playing games, running, or catching up on some Disney shows with the kiddo.
