We work to place skilled professionals for contract, temporarily, and permanent assignments in the food and beverage manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, and life sciences industries across the United States and Canada. • Key Area of Interests – Sourcing, Recruiting and Resume searches. • Sourcing candidates from various job boards and professional networking sites. • Managed Searches for various Industries such as Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Property Management, IT, Non-IT etc. • Utilize job portals such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, to source potential candidates. • Active Search: Resume search of active candidates from job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed. • Passive Search: Search for candidates on professional networking site such as LinkedIn. • Search for candidates using the company\'s database and other sources to create a list of potential candidates. • Screening candidates according to the job description. • Sourcing, Screening and short-listing of resumes using different search techniques. • Search and short-list candidates from job boards using different search techniques such as Boolean strings. • Add short-listed candidates into client databases such as PC Recruiter, Bullhorn, Crelate, Big biller etc. • Ensure that all client’s requirements are met prior to submission. • Maintain professional email communication with candidates. • Able to maintain reports and database of candidates. • Responsible for job posting on various portals like company\'s website and LinkedIn.
