01/91 – 4/02 Recruited by FOSTER WHEELER ITALIANA S.p.A. of Corsico (MI), as Project Exp./ Insp. Coordinator. From he beginning of ’98 assigned to cover a new corporate position as “PROJ. MATERIAL MANG.T COORD.” to unify in one person the follow-up of all Procurement activities (supplier qualification, purchasing, exp, insp. and shipping) relevant to a single project. 05/02 – 05/06 Recruited by TECNIMONT S.p.A. of Milano as Project Exp./ Insp. Co-ordinator. This position is placed at the same level of the Procurement Co-ordinator and directly refer to the Project Manager or Director to define the actions needed to keep the fixed operative objectives. Due to a reassessment of Co. internal skills, and to reach an optimization of the external activities, the original position was modified in Testing Group Leader, changing the scope of work from a material management focused on a singular project to a global involvement on the management of all material purchased for all active projects divided by category (Machinery – Pressure Vessel – Piping – Electrical & Instrumentation). 06/06 – 09/16 Recruited by SIIRTEC NIGI S.p.A. of Milano, as MAMAGER OF EXP./INSP. DEPT. for all projects in charge of Process Plant & Package Division. This position is directly linked to the director of the Project Execution and it is fully integrated in the company general system of Procurement & Material management with the main scope to guarantee a constant monitoring of the procurement activities against the job schedule and field erection program 09/16 - Today Recruited by TECNIMONT S.p.A of Milan, as KEY SUPPLIES MANAGER as formal representative of the Company toward the vendor in case of particular supplies that requires managerial capabilities due to P.O. complexity in term of values, contractual clauses, manufacturing, riskc.
