Develop, negotiate, implement, enforce and strengthen nonproliferation sanctions policy and implementation, by developing and managing high-profile public sanctions rollouts; undertaking activities to prevent preventing sanctionable transactions of WMD and destabilizing conventional weapons worldwide; and leading diplomatic outreach in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Western Hemisphere.
