Corporate senior associate in private practice, currently principally advising on M&A (with a focus on private M&A), joint ventures & private equity, particularly experienced on cross-border transactions.Recent experience includes advising on M&A focused warranty and indrmnity insurance (W&I), with a particular focus on the European market.As an Italian speaker I have experience in working with Italian clients and more generally in that jurisdiction, as well as more generally across Europe and former CIS.
