Manage Amazon’s Italian Exchange Point (XPT) network. I am tasked with executing the Italian XPT Demand Planner to ensure that customer shipments are delivered across Amazon’s Italian last mile. This process ensures that over 850 trucks deliver customer shipments via 113 lanes across Italy.Change Management Analyst (July 2023 - September 2023):Execute the Manual Scheduling Request (MSR) where I was responsible to track and report missing schedules due to configuration or technical issues across the PANEU network.Appointed to the PANEU middle mile network where I am tasked with managing Amazon loads across Europe based on the optimal routes.Assigned to the Commercial Carrier PANEU team within the ROC department where I was tasked with managing the UK Commercial Carrier middle mile network to ensure that customer shipments are connected to the last mile.Coordinated the introduction of the Commercial Carrier Audit which in turn has resulted in a zero DEA miss since the audit was introduced.An active member of the UK Commercial Carrier cost saving program where we achieved a 31% reduction in the Commercial Carrier 3P cost metric.Contributing member of the Royal Mail CO2 reduction program which plays a key role in our mission to produce a more sustainable business for our customers.Completed the Global ROC - North America Training Plan. I was tasked with managing inbound operations in North America where I resolved disruptions in the supply chain and gained an understanding of the range of different problems that Amazon faces globally.
