Having lived in key areas including Silicon Valley, New York City, Northern Virginia, and now the Pacific Northwest, Chris has expertly led comprehensive marketing and enrollment campaigns to successfully launch multiple K-12 private schools in highly competitive markets. Demonstrating exceptional prowess, Chris has consistently achieved groundbreaking enrollment records with each school launch. • Most recently led opening of sixth BASIS Independent School campus in Seattle metro area. • Directed comprehensive launch (traditional, digital, events, sponsorship) of a PreK-Grade 12 private school in the nation\'s most competitive K-12 education market (Northern Virginia). Led team in driving strategy and analytics to build rapid growth; exceeded enrollment goal by 11%. • Directed campaign launch of a grades 5-12 private school in the San Francisco Bay Area and managed both marketing and sales efforts, which resulted in the second largest private school opening in the history of the U.S.(enrolled 575 students in 10 months). Directed team to grow school to capacity in year two (800 students). • Develop annual, comprehensive demand generation plans with all BASIS Independent campuses; review weekly, monthly and quarterly funnel metrics to adjust strategies to improve interest list, conversion, and enrollment outcomes. • Managed talent acquisition process for Admissions Teams from interviewing and hiring, to onboarding and coaching. • Traveled to China to build brand awareness and establish international demand generation channels by creating partnerships with agents and identifying key marketing opportunities to accelerate brand interest and consideration.
