My competitive nature has always driven me, first as a collegiate runner at Ohio University and now as a logistics leader. Competing at the collegiate level taught me discipline, resilience, and how to stay focused on long-term goals which are skills I carry into every role I take on.At Felux, I started on the steel marketplace side as an Operations Coordinator, where I supported procurement, delivery of marketplace transactions, and supplier communication to help scale a growing platform in the industrial supply chain. That experience gave me a strong operational foundation and a deep understanding of how cross-functional teams can work together to drive efficiency.Now, as Director of Logistics, I’m applying my background in freight brokerage to build a high-performing logistics division. My goal is to position Felux as one of the most competitive and service-driven players in the industry. I use my past experience as a broker at a major 3PL to create structure, lead a growing team, and drive scalable growth.Earlier in my career at Integrity Express Logistics, I built my own book of business from the ground up and learned core principles of sales, relationship building, and customer service. That experience taught me that the ability to sell which I believe is one of the most valuable traits in any professional career. It laid the foundation for how I approach leadership, communication, and growth today.Each role I’ve taken on has been focused on building better systems, stronger teams, and lasting results. I’m always open to connecting with others who are passionate about logistics, leadership, and creating impact through meaningful work.I am also always looking to connect with other professionals outside of logistics as I believe every relationship has value.
