As a Proposal Coordinator, I am tasked with compiling company information, resumes and project experience to add to a proposal to submit to clients and potential clients for upcoming projects. I utilize Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge and more to put together this information in an eye-grabbing and graphically pleasing format.In this role, I manage multiple proposals at a time and make sure they are collaborated on with multiple stakeholders at the company so we meet each deadline. I also help prepare our team for the interview portion of the proposal process. This includes creating slide deck presentations, handling the creation of any leave-behind materials and asking Q&A prior to the actual interview.Additionally, I write press releases, provide updates for blogs, write and manage our company\'s internal newsletter as well as work on bond campaign materials for our school clients.I\'m also part of the ABC Excellence in Construction Committee, where I assist judges in analyzing submitted projects for a chance at an award annually at our EIC Banquet in September and O-A-K\'s Safety Committee, where we analyze workplace safety standards and converse and collaborate on how to improve our safety quality on-site.
