I led the Issues Management & Crisis Communication Program; including training of all spokespeople and Senior Executives globally. I managed coty.com and the global employee portal; including leading the RFP and project management for the redesign of the corporate website two times. I designed and introduced a CEO Communication Video Series – resulting in improving employee communications worldwide. I implemented and led the 1st CSR/Philanthropic Initiative and Employee Ambassador Program at Coty. I signed Coty’s 1st Celebrity Ambassador, Georgia May Jagger as a Spokesperson/ Ambassador in support of The Fight Against Blood Cancer, helping to raise awareness for Coty’s philanthropic efforts.
