This includes interviewing professionals, managing marketing and brand strategies, implementing SEO techniques, maintaining the website, nurturing relationships, and providing guidance to all departments.Recognizing the declining attention spans of the younger generation, I take deliberate steps in selecting interviewees and determining the interview format to ensure maximum viewer engagement. By utilizing keywords and analytical reports, I make informed decisions on which videos to prioritize for promotion and when to release others for optimal impact.Through conducting interviews with a diverse range of professionals, I have gained valuable insights into various careers and life choices. This knowledge has transformed me into a leader whom my team enjoys working with. Additionally, I take pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every individual I interview, enabling them to share their life and career stories with ease.
