With Elder Research Inc (a US company specialized in providing analytical solutions) and through Ishango.ai, we are developing a Software-as-a-Service solution for the hydroelectric industry. It provides a secure environment to ingest raw sensor and maintenance data, transform and organize it, execute a suite of analytical models, and present failure probabilities in the form of customizable dashboards. Additionally, it offers the capability to manage important results in a case management system to provide feedback to the solution\'s models.• Creation of ETL processes for millions of data rows, reducing workload by 70%• Development and production of scripts using Python and SQL for data quality monitoring stored in AWS S3• Creation of Sagemaker pipelines including preprocessing, training, evaluation, and model deployment steps• Exploration and preprocessing of large volumes of sensor data using Python and SQL in AWS Sagemaker, creating an inventory describing each sensor, resulting in a 50% reduction in machine memory usage• Construction and testing of an isolation forest model for anomaly detection in multivariate time series (with a 60% detection rate)• Creation of a time series augmentation class that helps generate more data (4 to 10 times the initial size) to ensure sufficient data for training predictive models• Implementation of multiple unsupervised anomaly detection models for multivariate time series, improving anomaly detection by 11% and identifying the responsible sensors• Automation of code quality testing using GitLab.
