   As a strategic leader, I have always taken great pride in leading Operations and Facility teams to ensure the successful execution of production plans while adhering to both internal and external standards. In doing so, I have been able to develop and implement operations organization and headcount ramp-up plans for GMP AAV and Plasmid production facilities. Related to that, I have also had the opportunity to serve as the operations lead in biopharma facility construction and commissioning projects, with an impressive investment volume of USD 200M. This experience has allowed me to support feasibility studies and design phases, further expanding my skills and knowledge in the field. As a result of my continuous efforts to improve efficiency, I have been tasked with managing the cost center for these projects. Consequently, I have successfully identified and implemented various cost-saving measures to achieve cost-effectiveness, ultimately benefiting both the organization and the industry as a whole. Thus, my experiences in strategic leadership, facility management, and cost optimization have not only allowed me to make significant contributions to my organization but also have positioned me as an expert in my field.
