He holds a Bachelor’s degree, along with certifications in Project Management, Employment Specialization, and Community-Based Conflict Transformation & Peace Building.With over 10 years of leadership experience at TDSB, Cyril has successfully developed, implemented, and managed numerous funded community-based projects. He has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, project evaluation, policy analysis, budgeting, financial tracking, and stakeholder engagement. His ability to build and support high-performing teams has been instrumental in delivering impactful programs.Cyril and his team take pride in having assisted more than newcomers and their families in overcoming settlement challenges. He has also collaborated with FindHelp Toronto to deliver settlement information and referral training to over 600 frontline settlement workers across the Greater Toronto Area.
