This hands-on exposure solidified my interest in talent acquisition and people operations. Today, I’m pursuing my MBA, where I focus on building strong foundations in HR and Marketing, and applying them in real-world contexts.Here’s what I specialize in: 1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Ops:Managing end-to-end hiring workflows (sourcing, coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate candidate data and trackers). Ensuring recruitment cycles run smoothly and efficiently. HR Operations:Supporting core HR processes, documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Employer Branding & Marketing Insights:Leveraging exposure from dealer meetings and market visits to understand brand perception, communication strategies, and the intersection of HR + marketing. Data & Documentation:Using Excel and PowerPoint to maintain interview dashboards, track hiring progress, and create clean, structured HR documentation. Learning, Digital Skills & Certifications:Certified in Digital Marketing (Google Garage), Global Business, and Entrepreneurship, enabling a broader business perspective and adaptability in dynamic roles. Oh, and outside work I enjoy bike riding, singing, beatboxing, playing guitar, fitness, and traveling. Creativity keeps me grounded, and exploration keeps me curious.
