The Management System Manager is responsible for defining, deploying, monitoring and improving SII\'s management system-Work on process reengineering, including templates, compliance grid, KPI, …-Communicating and deploying Group management policy, indicators and objectives -Set up reviews with process owners-Carry out 1 process review per year (including preparation)(, ’ )-Collect the necessary data, prepare and fill in the CODIR Performance documents- Integrate action follow-ups into IPMP and carry out monthly follow-ups-Plan monthly meetings with actors to report back to them-Check and support the actors in processing the actions resulting from these monthly reviews-Identify internal audit needs -Track the processing of NC detected and communicate it to the persons concerned-Consolidate the analysis of improvements/NCs to help the system evolve during process review -Prepare the necessary logistics for certification audits-Prepare interviewees for these audits-Carrying out audits, communicating audit results and monitoring NC processing in IPMP in conjunction with AFNOR-Process Areas of Concern and identify areas for improvement, and communicate progress on these actions.
