   As the Co-Director of the Master of Science in Sports Management program, I am responsible for program development (curriculum, advisory committee, promotion strategy), course development, program assessment (annual report, IACBE accreditation), and enrollment trends. In this role, I liaison between the College of Business and the Co-Director from the Department of Kinesiology.• I teach graduate-level courses in Human Resource Management, Management Principles, Talent Management and People Analytics, the Graduate Capstone course, and other HR-specific undergraduate courses.• I am creating an HR Specialist certificate (an initiative by the College of Business and the Psychology department), to focus on local industry personnel and students.
