Leading end-to-end product design for critical infrastructure tools including access management workflows, developer portals, and operational dashboards that support Anthropic\'s mission of AI safety.Key Responsibilities:• Design intuitive web-based internal tools for engineering teams, focusing on complex workflow optimization and enterprise-grade usability• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to translate technical requirements into user-friendly interfaces• Lead design strategy for internal tooling platforms, including access request systems and developer authentication workflows• Create comprehensive design systems and patterns that scale across multiple internal products• Conduct user research with internal stakeholders to identify pain points and optimize tool efficiency• Drive design decisions that enhance productivity and safety protocols across engineering operationsImpact & Innovation:• Building design foundations for tools that directly support the development of safe, aligned AI systems• Establishing design standards for internal tooling that prioritize both functionality and user experience• Contributing to Anthropic\'s culture of responsible AI development through thoughtful, human-centered design
