With over 45 years in the construction industry — 22 years in the field as an engineer, project manager, and contractor, followed by 25 years specializing in construction technology — I’ve experienced firsthand the gaps that lead to delays, cost overruns, and missed opportunities. As the Founder & CEO of Growtech Partners Inc, I lead a talented team of 30 engineers across our offices in Houston, TX and Kochi, India.
