I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about wellness and providing a nonjudgmental and safe space for all individuals. I demonstrate enormous compassion for people going through life\'s challenges and transitions, and feel privileged to work with those who are seeking support. Through a strengths-based, trauma informed and person- centered therapeutic approach, I recognize the importance of building a relationship with clients in order to establish realistic and attainable goals together. I also specialize in providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy that is evidenced based and helps to decrease ineffective behaviors that get in the way of living a life worth living.
