My work is rooted in service and in a belief that organizations perform best when their infrastructure (both organizational and technological) thoughtfully supports the way people do the work. That belief was shaped early in my career, watching capable teams struggle because the systems around them made good work harder than it needed to; in spite of their efforts or intent. I’ve spent most of my career partnering with healthcare and non-profit organizations. The reality is that these are industries where mission and effective people strategy are tightly intertwined. Workforce decisions directly shape financial performance and the ability to deliver value - whether that be to patients, members, or communities.I approach people strategy through the lens of infrastructure: how roles are designed, how work is governed, how data flows, and how technology enables action. Done well, the outcome is clarity for leadership and systems that sustainably deliver success.
