Program Director Duties July 2014-Present: Management over the program, Academic Advisement, Management of 3-5 Adjunct Instructors work with one full time instructor. Manage All Administrative duties of the program i.e. scheduling appointments, Student Learning Outcomes’, Budgeting, Compliance Assist, Counseling students, Inputting grades and Creating course curriculum. I am a member of the Faculties and Grounds Committee, Academic Council Committee, and Retention Committee, and I also teach 6 classes.Instructor Duties Aug 2010-July 2014: Criminal Justice Professor, teaching 6 different C.J. classes a semester, in–class,online,or hybrid, I am a member of the Interview Committee for Criminal Justice Dual enrollment, as of Oct. 2013 made Supervisor of the Adjuncts for Dual Enrollment at 4 surrounding high schools where some of our Criminal Justice classes are taught.
