It has taken me some time to really understand why I continue to succeed in all of my endeavors, and I think it can be summed up in three (relatively straightforward) areas.1.) Strategic and Analytical Thinker. I can connect big picture thinking with executional details. I\'m not too much of a lofty thinker that can\'t execute the idea but I\'m not so analytical that I can\'t tie details together with a bigger strategic thread.2.) Positive Attitude. I approach everything with a smile on my face and a team-spirited mentality. I understand the importance of building positive relationships and how those relationships can make a difference in productivity and in producing better work.3.) Organized and Articulate. I can take complex ideas and have it make sense to anyone. I have the ability to step into the shoes of my audience and adapt my message accordingly.
